Jane Freeman holds a Bachelor in science, Graduate diploma in nutrition and dietetics, Diploma in paediatric nutrition and is completing the prestigious International Olympic Committee Graduate Diploma in Sports Nutrition program.
At the core of her work is a love and passion for good food and Jane has also trained as a cook at the Leiths School of Food and Wine. She is registered as Dietitian in the UK, Australia and a member of the Singapore, British and Australian Nutrition and Dietetics Associations. She is also a member of Sport’s Dietitians Australia. She shares over 20 years experience in consulting, research and working as a nutrition practitioner across the globe including many years working in the Australian and the UK public health systems.
She also had her own private practice in Harley St London and was described as London’s best Nutritionist. Jane was also awarded a highly commended prize at the 2013 British Medical Association Book awards. Her company, Food Equation, consults to the Singapore American School. Jane has worked collaboratively with many top consultants and medical teams in the UK, Australia, and now Singapore.
